Ordering Info


1) Email us at sales.poshdiva@gmail.com with your valid email address and the item(s) you wish to purchase.

Please indicate the item(s) you are interested in as the ‘Subject’.


2) A confirmation email or invoice will be sent to your email upon receipt of your order and payment has to be made within the next 24 hours. Failure to make payment will render the order as void and the item(s) reserved for you will be released to the next buyer.


3) After payment has been made, please reply us with the transaction details in the following format for our verification.

  • Name

  • Mailing Address

  • Contact Number

  • Item(s) Code, Colour and Size

  • Preferred Postage (Normal/Registered)

  • Mode of Payment (POSB Savings Bank Transfer ) 


An acknowledgement of payment will be sent to you upon receipt of funds and item(s) will be mailed within 3 working days.


Payment Methods


1) DBS / POSB internet banking fund transfer.


2) DBS / POSB ATM fund transfer (A snapshot of the ATM receipt has to be sent to us. Scanned copies will not be accepted.)


3) Please note that interbank fund transfers are not accepted.

All payments are to be made to Posh Diva’s DBS Savings account 019-0-086698




Delivery


1) Normal or Registered mail only. Strictly no meet-ups.


2) Postage prices will vary (depending on the weight).
Normal postage will be charged at $1.50 and an extra $0.50 for each additional item.




**Kindly note we will not be responsible for loss of postage sent via normal mail.


3) Registered mail is always encouraged.(It costs $2.24 more on top of normal postage.)

  • We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.

  • We do not do reservations of items.

  • Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the item for 24hrs, and payment must be made within this timeframe to secure your purchase

  • Prices are not negotiable.

  • Goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable.

  • All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed) of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.
